This upper maisonette is above a shop and has an inverted layout with the living areas on the top floor above the bedrooms. Although the main setup was retained, the property was thoroughly reorganised to allow for more use of the guest bedroom as an additional living space for the client. The layout of the top floor was redesigned to allow for better use of space and minimising circulation areas aswell as maximising social space for the dining and living area.
Lots of built in storage was included to allow for minimal living.
