About
This project involved substancial refurbishment to this 1960s house. The brief was to refurbish and convert the loft to form a modern family home for a young family with an improved relationship to the outside space.
The ground floor is to be opened up and the entrance repositionned to allow for a public open plan living space, and a more private study and guest suite. The kitchen is to be the hearth of the home with a new 4m wide sliding folding door to the garden for better connection to the outside.
The first floor loft space is to be converted to accomodate 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Works have begun on site and are due to be completed in late 2015.
